  • Job Title: Warehouse Team Member

    Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 per annum + superannuation

    Racking Supply Australia (RSA) is a family-owned and operated wholesale supplier of second-hand pallet racking and shelving, proudly based in Dandenong South, Victoria. We specialise in supporting racking resellers nationwide by purchasing trade-in stock from new supply deals and selling this quality used stock in bulk to resellers who work directly with end customers.

    While our operations are predominantly in Victoria, we have an established national network with business activities in QLD, NSW, and Perth.   • We are seeking reliable, hands-on Warehouse Team Members to join our close-knit team. This is a physically active role that combines warehouse operations with a strong focus on the assembly of racking units and making of complete shelving systems. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop new skills, take on increased responsibility, and grow with the business through structured training and promotion opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Picking, preparing, and pre-assembling pallet racking and shelving materials

    • General stock management: re-packing materials, inspecting incoming stock for damage, sorting, relocating, and organising inventory

    • General cleaning and tidying of warehouse and work areas

    • Cutting particleboard using a table saw

    • Using basic computer systems for stock tracking and order processing

    About You

    To succeed in this role, you will bring:

    • A reliable and strong work ethic

    • Good communication skills

    • Physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding work

    • The ability to work effectively both in a team and independently with minimal supervision

    • A genuine desire for professional and personal development

    • A current driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle

    • Experience in labouring and using power tools

    • Good computer skills (basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, inventory software, or similar systems)

    Highly Valued (Not Essential)

    • Forklift licence and operating experience

    • EWP (Elevated Work Platform) licence and working at heights experience

    • Previous experience in pallet racking or racking installation

    • Construction OH&S White Card

    • Experience in typical warehouse operations and processes
